Meet Ellie, the very special girl who is waiting for a special person to love her and give her a good life. Ellie was rescued from an overcrowded shelter and brought our lifesaving center, where she is currently waiting for the right home. Ellie has FELV so it’s important her new home can give her just a little extra care so she stays happy & healthy. If you aren’t familiar with FELV, it stands for Feline Leukemia Virus but it’s not contagious to dogs or people. This means that Ellie could live with another FELV+ cat, or with other cats who have been vaccinated for FELV. She is spayed, microchipped and up-to-date on vaccinations. Looking for a kitten? Kittens are 25% off until August 17. Join us on August 18 for Clear the Shelters, where all pets will have waived fees for one whole day. Help #ClearTheShelter!
Dakota was once a homeless girl, now in the most loving forever home she could have found. Her family adopted her from a past King of Prussia event that we hold a few times a year. You never know who you are going to come across that changes your life. Dakota’s mom loves her so much she is going to pay it forward for another family and sponsor a pet in need. Her mom said: “Here is Dakota (pictured above), she’s so sweet with everyone and other dogs! She loves to snuggle!”
We hope life treats you and your family great Dakota!
Say hello to Rolaid, the sweet and soft grey kitten who is waiting for a really great person to end her homelessness soon. She has soft, green eyes just like her soft personality. She was rescued from a local overcrowded shelter and brought to our lifesaving Center, where she is waiting for a home like all of her other kitten friends. Right now, kittens are 25% off their fees until August 17. Kittens like Rolaid come fixed, microchipped and with their necessary kitten vaccinations. Join us on August 18 for Clear the Shelters, where all pets like Rolaid will have waived fees for one whole day. Help #ClearTheShelter!
Dakota came to our Center as a scared, homeless girl who just needed a shoulder to lean on and someone to show her that loves exits in the world. Today, she is living the life with an amazing family who has spoiled and smothered her with love.
Here is what her family had to say about her:
“We rescued her from Providence Animal Center as a displaced, skinny little 8-month-old baby. At 5-years-old, she’s a healthy, feisty ball of energy and fun! Our cuddle bug! xoxoxoxoxo Adopt, don’t shop!”
Say hello to Tiny, the little guy who is looking for a place he belongs in this great big world. He is tan and black with large ears that stand at attention. Tiny was rescued from a southern overcrowded shelter and brought to Providence Animal Center in Media, formerly the Delco SPCA, were he is now waiting for someone to change his life in a big way. Tiny could be dog-friendly with the right dog and best with older kids. He is neutered, microchipped and up-to-date on vaccinations. If you can’t adopt right now, consider fostering while Providence Animal Center undergoes kennel renovations. Learn more about the foster program, click here!
