Private & Group Classes
In an effort to limit human-to-human contact, Adult Dog Group Classes will be held outside in a large fenced-in area where maintaining a safe social distance can be accomplished. Puppy classes are curbside and parents can watch on a live stream!

Providence Animal Center offers a variety of dog training & behavior services to dogs of all sizes & types, using humane and effective methods with highly skilled dog trainers.
Private one-on-one training
Need some one-on-one time with a training expert to help improve your dog’s behavior? A private session with one of our experienced trainers offers more scheduling flexibility than a group class, and problem behaviors can be addressed more specifically. Your lesson will be tailored for you and your dog's needs.
A private in-person session is an hour long and is a low $120 fee.
A private over-the-phone session is an hour long and is a low $80 fee.

Loose Leash Walking Fundamentals
This 2 week class will help you learn the foundational skills needed for better walks together using a variety of easy techniques using positive reinforcement.
This class is held outdoors and is for up to 5 dogs and their parents, rain or shine.
Class fee is $100

PANDEMIC Puppy Socialization
Beginner Life Skills
This class is for youngster pups 6+ months old and their parents to learn fundamental skills essential for lifelong success.
In this 4 week class we will cover how to best achieve crucial foundational behaviors such as sit, wait, leave it, name recognition, and how to curb unwanted behavior jumping. In addition, you will learn powerful tips and techniques to properly exercise your youngster's mind and body through enrichment.
Only 4 youngster pups per class so reserve your spot today!

Intermediate Life Skills
Does your dog already know the basics like sit, down, and maybe even paw, but needs help fine-tuning their over-excitement? Then this class is for you!
This class will help you and your dog further develop those already-learned basics into better behavior practices through impulse control. Areas that will be covered include: proper greetings, patience, settling, focus and more!
This class is 4 weeks long with up to 4 dogs and one parent per class.
Class fee is $200.
Adult Social Dog Walking
Learn outdoor social skills with your dog in an intimate, small group set up of up to 5 dogs with enough room to practice safe social distancing.
Dogs must be 6+ months old.
This class will help you and your dog learn leash walking techniques, dog-to-dog etiquette, and body language in a fun social setting with walking as a pack, outdoor games, and obstacle courses!
This class is for dog friendly dogs and is rain or shine - all dogs need to be walked, right?
This class runs for 4 weeks. Class fee is $200.
Need a way for you and your pup to beat the heat? Check out PAC's indoor Enrichment Zone - a large maze within our Training Center designed to challenge your dog's brain and sense of smell to uncover delicious, rewarding treats hidden within different objects.
It's just you and your dog in the room together -which makes this class perfect for pups that are nervous, reactive, high-energy, young, older, etc. All are welcome to come enjoy this special experience!
